BI 501 - Old Testament Survey

Time: Wednesday 6:00pm-9:00pm
Instructor: Kenneth Cuffey

A survey of the message and structure of each prophetic book in the Old Testament. Attention also will be given to the nature of apocalyptic prophecy.

BL 611 - Greek Exegetical Study

Time: Wednesday 6:00pm-8:45pm        Instructor: Peter Spychalla

A consideration of exegetical method using a study of the Greek text of the book of Colossians. Background and setting of the book, with consideration of the identity.

BL 551 - Classical Hebrew

Time: Monday & Wednesday 4:30pm-5:45pm Instructor: Mike Shea

An introduction to the classical Hebrew language. Emphasis will be placed on acquisition of basic vocabulary, nouns, adjectives, and the strong verb.

BI 620 - The Pentateuch

Time: Monday 7:00 – 9:00 PM                  Instructor: Kenneth Cuffey

Study of the first five books of the Old Testament (Genesis – Deuteronomy). Consideration of the origins of the Pentateuch and the role of the promise, law and covenant.
