PROPERTIES

Specified gifts directed towards the purchase of property for the school, or construction of a building; for acquiring books for the library; or for furniture and equipment for the school are all vital means of assuring the quality of the school's ministry of teaching and mentoring.

Urbana Theological Seminary intends to maintain an outstanding state of the art facility thanks to the generosity of our donors. Whether a tract of land or a building, computers in offices or the library, or a multi-media classroom, the Seminary wants to use the finest available to do the very best job of communicating God's truth to our students and the public.

Currently the following projects are of high priority for Urbana Theological Seminary. Contact the Development Office for more information and approximate costs, as well as to initiate the process of making such a donation.

Purchase of books for the library.
Purchase of two digital projectors for use in teaching and presentations.
Purchase of computers for the library, to be used for research, internet access, and cataloging.
Purchase of a building to house offices, library, student lounge space, and classrooms all in one location for Urbana Theological Seminary.
Purchase of land in the vicinity of Champaign-Urbana, IL for a campus.
The first building to be constructed on that land, to accommodate our academic, administrative, community-building and research needs for the next 10-15 years.
Funds for the completion of a 50 year plan for the development of the facilities on the campus, to be completed by a professional architecture firm.
